You have enrolled. You have got your login. Now what?

Your G.I.S.T. Lab lives at space-agent.coachingthegist.com — a private environment, not a public chat platform. It is where the work you do with Eric continues between sessions. Not a chatbot. Not homework. A living space that holds the thread.

Your Four Rooms

Your lab is not one blank screen. It is four named Spaces — each one a square on the board, each one designed for a different kind of thinking.

📰 Perspective Hygiene — The Morning Briefing

Curated news plus a companion that helps you interpret, not just consume. Stop scrolling. Start understanding what the information means for your strategy.

When to use it: When you are drowning in information and losing the signal. This is where you clean up one stuck decision — or build a daily habit of filtering noise from meaning.

What it does between sessions: If you are on the Perspective Hygiene Sprint, this is your home base for 7 days of guided prompts. If you are on monthly coaching, it is your morning briefing room.

💡 Idea Genesis Lab — The Opening Moves

Turn raw ideas into structured plans. Upload a voice memo, a scribble, a link — the Space helps you extract the gist and shape it into an actionable plan with dependencies.

When to use it: When you have a spark but no structure. When the idea is living in your head and needs to become something you can see, share, and act on.

What it does between sessions: Capture the fragments. Do not lose the thread. Next session, Eric can see what you have been thinking — not just what you remember to say.

🌐 Systems Thinking Gym — The Midgame

Interactive maps that teach you to see patterns, constraints, and flows in your own life and work. Not a network dashboard — a life dashboard where the nodes are commitments and the traffic is energy.

When to use it: When you need to see the whole board, not just the piece in front of you. When the question is not “what should I do?” but “what system am I inside, and where are the levers?”

What it does between sessions: Map your patterns. Spot the constraint. Bring the map to your next session and Eric will help you read it together.

🎯 Life Strategy Board — The Board Itself

The flagship Space: a personal command center combining goal tracking, reflection journaling, and AI-assisted strategic prompts. Panels for Setting Strategic Goals and Identifying Tactical Themes.

When to use it: Always. This is your home board. The other three feed into it. If you only open one Space, open this one.

What it does between sessions:

  • Tracks your goals as G.I.S.T. objectives — experiments, prompts, and perspective checks over weeks, not one-off homework.
  • Captures key insights from sessions so your self-talk keeps evolving.
  • Schedules gentle check-ins — nudges you choose, not surveillance.

🤝 Aisha — Your 24/7 Companion

Aisha is a culturally grounded AI companion built by Onyx Impact, designed for Black communities. She is not a chatbot. She is a named companion in your lab — separate from your Space, with her own account and her own terms.

How she works with your coaching:

  • Context briefs: After each coaching session, we can send you a short context brief — your goals, your themes, your experiments. If you use Aisha, you can share that brief inside your own account so she can support you in context, not from scratch.
  • Between sessions: Ask Aisha questions, process what you learned, stay engaged with your goals. She holds presence and context so the momentum from your session does not fade.
  • Progress notes: If Aisha surfaces insights or patterns you want Eric to see, you can send us progress notes by email before your next session. A simple structure that works well: what you noticed, what shifted, and what you want to bring into our next session. We use those notes to prepare with more focus and continuity.
  • Your account, your control: Your Aisha account is yours. Separate login, separate terms of service, separate data. You create it directly with Onyx Impact. After that, it is yours.
  • Consent: Every exchange with Aisha is initiated by you — uploading a brief, emailing notes. You can stop at any time. Nothing happens without your knowledge.

Eric holds judgment, ethics, and relationship. Aisha holds presence, context, and gentle follow-through between sessions. If Aisha flags something that needs human attention, it goes to Eric — not an automated response. In the future, we may offer a direct, protocol-level connection between your Lab and Aisha. Until then, all sharing is initiated and controlled by you.

Getting Started: Your First 10 Minutes

  1. Log in at space-agent.coachingthegist.com using the credentials from your welcome email.
  2. Open the Life Strategy Board — your home base. Look around. Do not try to fill everything in yet.
  3. Find the Setting Strategic Goals panel — add one goal. Just one. The kind of thing you would say to Eric in your first session.
  4. Find the Identifying Tactical Themes panel — add one theme you are noticing in your life right now. A pattern, a tension, something recurring.
  5. Stop. You have placed two pieces on the board. That is enough for today. The lab is not a race — it is a game you study between moves.
